Can carpet cleaning remove pet stains and odours?

Do I need to move the furniture?

How soon can I walk on the carpet?
You can walk on it straight away in clean socks, but avoid outdoor shoes until it is fully dry. Keep pets off it for the same reason. Most rooms are dry within several hours, and faster with a fan running and a window open.
Can you clean the carpets after a move-out?
Yes, and empty rooms are the easiest carpets to clean well. If we are already clearing the home for you, the carpet cleaning can be booked once the last load is out. You get one crew and one invoice, with nothing to coordinate between companies.
Will every stain come out?
Not always, and we would rather say so up front. Most food, dirt and fresh pet stains lift. Bleach marks, dye transfer and old stains that have set into the backing may only lighten. We point those out at the walk-through before we start.
How do I pay?
We take e-transfer, credit card and Apple Pay, and payment is due once the work is finished. You walk the rooms with the crew first, then get an invoice and receipt on the spot. No deposit is required for standard residential jobs.
