Yes, if you want it gone. Breaking and hauling a slab is priced separately, because concrete is charged by weight and takes extra equipment. Many people leave the pad in place for a future deck or garage. Tell us at the quote stage either way.
What happens to the wood and metal?
Sound lumber and metal panels are separated for recycling where possible. Rotten wood, shingles and treated material go to a licensed transfer station. Keeping the recyclable portion out of landfill is a standard part of the job, not an upsell.
Can you get a shed out through a narrow gate?
Usually, yes. The structure comes apart panel by panel, so it leaves in pieces rather than whole. Narrow gates and long carries do add time to the job, and we account for that when we quote it. We check gate width during the quote.
Do the contents and the shed leave in one visit?
Yes. Contents, structure, foundation debris and yard waste all leave in the same visit, unless the volume needs a second truck. We tell you at the quote stage if a second trip will be needed, so the schedule is clear before we start.
